Step One:  Detox

 

Begin your weight loss program with a total body cleanse. A toxic body will keep any weight loss program for working. We need to clean our pipes, so we can keep the toxins flushed out. My de-tox tea is great. It is simple and easy to use. I feel that it is the best cleanser on the market. I have used it for years and my weight has maintained perfect for me.  I recommend using my de-tox tea along with the SlimWeigh for the first 3 months. Then you can use as needed, but it is safe to use every day and keep your colon cleansed and your tummy flat.


Step Two:  Hydrate

 

Drink plenty of water daily. The water flushes your system. Add some lemon to 2-3 glasses a day this is good for you. Cut back on sodas. Allow yourself one a day or better still every other day, you will eventually wean yourself from them (they had no nutrition for you and are actually toxic to your body). Cut your food intake out completely 3 hours before bedtime. You can drink water during the 3 hour fast, but that’s it. You will sometimes have a glass of wine or a cup of tea or even a beer to relax you from time to time, I know you will, but remember when you do you will forfeit some of the benefits of SlimWeigh, but as I said no one is 100% a 100% of the time. Live and enjoy your life. You are still doing good.


Step Three:  Move It!

 

Get up off the couch and �MOVE IT!� Our bodies are made for movement. Have fun, doing hobbies and activities you like. Dance, dance, dance, shake your booty. It makes you laugh and this is good therapy for you. Park far from the mall and walk, go to all the stores, walk, walk and walk some more. Good for you. If the gym is your thing then go for it but personally I get bored with the same old thing I have to have variety. Just do you thing girl.


Step Four:  The Heart

 

Love and open your heart to love yourself. Look in the mirror and thank God every day that you are able to do these things. Be a good friend and do something nice for someone each week. Do something nice for yourself each week. Watch a clean funny movie with your family, let them know you are wanting to stay healthy for them and let your mate know you want to look good for him. He will like that. But, always remember you look good now, you just want to look and feel better than you do right now. Laughter is so good for you, A merry heart does your body good.


Step Five:  Breakfast

 

Eat a good breakfast, whatever you like. Your body is utilizing the ingredients in SlimWeigh as you sleep, to help it rebuild muscle and burn unwanted fat, you need to refuel it with breakfast.


Step Six:  Choclate

 

Add more fruits and vegetables to snacks and meals, they are packed with fiber and antioxidants. They will fill your stomach and make you feel full and will give you more energy. Dark chocolate in a small amount is not going to hurt you, it will reward you for being so good.


Step Seven:  No Seconds

 

Make sure you always cut back on portion sizes of food. Whenever you eat. We don’t ever need to go back for seconds.


Step Eight:  Inches

 

Measure yourself monthly, we provide a chart showing you how and where to and record the date, weigh only once a month. You will probably see more inches slipping away at first  but the pounds will follow.


Step Nine:  Go Shopping!

 

Go shopping. This is good for the economy and good for you, buy yourself something inexpensive and sexy, you’ll only be able to wear it a short time because you are going to drop sizes.
